Mangomint Reviews for a Nail Salon
Mangomint reviews mix three products: a salon platform, a per-profile price, and an optional phone add-on. This page does not invent a star score. The price facts are from mangomint.com/pricing on September 22, 2026. A nail salon should sort a review by which of those three the writer actually used.

No star average on this page
We did not load a review marketplace on September 22, 2026, so we will not print one. Mangomint’s own pricing page says salons and spas rave about their support team. That is their marketing line. It is not a score we measured. A nail salon can still use reviews. The useful ones name the job: the register, the book, onboarding, or the phone.
The price those reviews are reacting to is on Mangomint pricing: $120/mo base + $10 per user. The calendar compare is Mangomint vs Bukkii Calendar.
Sort the review before you trust it
- Platform review. Payments, POS, inventory, memberships, forms, Express Booking, multi-location. Their pricing page lists those features. A review of the register is not a review of Calendar. Free includes the booking website. Unlimited staff and Reserve with Google are on the $20 plan.
- Seat review. Anyone with a profile counts, including service providers and front desk. A booth renter on the account counts. If the review says the bill moved when a coordinator got a login, that matches the published rule.
- Phone review. Their Phone add-on is $70/mo per line for in-app calls and texting. That is not “the software answers the Google number by itself,” and it is not AIVA.
- Onboarding review. The page says teams of 2 or more providers get a dedicated onboarding specialist, and that this is free. A review about migration is about that offer, not about seat math.
If the review never says whether the writer needed payroll and POS, do not treat it as advice for a shop that only needs a public book.
What Calendar is allowed to claim
Calendar is free for up to 3 staff. $20/month unlocks unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. Free includes the booking website. It does not answer the phone. It does not claim Mangomint’s register, payroll, marketing, inventory, or in-app phone. The pricing page we fetched does not print a Google Reserve line for Mangomint, so we do not compare a checkmark they did not print. Start Calendar free when the review you care about is the per-profile meter and the Maps button is the booking job.
Keep Mangomint when the review you trust is the full platform and the seat math still fits. We do not claim native two-way sync. Keep your nail salon POS if the register is the thing you refuse to move.
The phone, if that is the review, is AIVA at $200 one-time. No monthly plan fee. No free trial. Get AIVA — $200. Read Mangomint vs an AI receptionist before you treat their $70 line as the same product.

Two offers: AIVA on the phone, Calendar on the book
The calendar and the receptionist solve different leaks. Buy the one you are missing, or buy both. Neither is a footnote. Calendar does not answer the phone.
AIVA — the phone layer — $200 one-time
AIVA is the AI receptionist for inbound calls. She answers the shop number, books the service, and texts the appointment. $200 one-time. No monthly plan fee. No free trial. Get AIVA — $200. Hear her at (215) 791-6766.
Calendar — the booking layer
Calendar is free for up to 3 staff. $20/month unlocks unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. It does not answer the phone. Start Calendar free. Both cards are on pricing.
FAQ
Does this page score Mangomint reviews?
No. We do not print a star average. The pricing facts are from mangomint.com/pricing on September 22, 2026: $120 per month base plus $10 per user. Their page says anyone with a profile counts, including front desk, and a booth renter on the account counts as a user.
Why do Mangomint reviews feel mixed?
They often describe different jobs. One writer is reviewing POS and payroll. Another is reviewing the per-profile bill. Another is reviewing the Phone add-on at $70 per month per line. Those are not the same product decision.
Is Mangomint support “top rated” on this page?
Their pricing page says salons and spas rave about support, and it offers free onboarding for teams of 2 or more providers. That is their claim. We did not run a support study.
Does a bad phone review mean Calendar failed?
No. Bukkii Calendar does not answer the phone. AIVA is the separate phone offer at $200 one-time. Mangomint Phone is their add-on for in-app calls and texting.
Should a nail salon leave Mangomint because of reviews?
Only if the job in the review is the job you are buying. Keep Mangomint for the platform when you want it. Calendar is the $20 book with unlimited staff, unlimited customers, and Google Reserve, and it does not replace their register.
