Google Reserve for Nail Salons — Book Online on Maps, and a Phone That Is a Separate Offer

Google Reserve puts a Book Online button on your nail salon’s Google listing. Calendar is free for up to 3 staff. $20/month unlocks unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. It does not answer the phone. AIVA does, for $200 one-time.

What Google Reserve is for a nail salon

Google Reserve — also called Reserve with Google — is the Book Online button on a nail salon’s Google Business Profile. A guest who searched “nail salon near me” can pick a service and a time on Maps or Search without hunting for a website. Bukkii is a Reserve with Google partner. During onboarding we submit the shop; Google’s review is typically 7–14 business days. Until that button is live, the listing still shows the usual website link. Details live on Reserve with Google.

Calendar is free for up to 3 staff. $20/month unlocks unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. Free includes the booking website. Start Calendar free. Calendar does not answer the phone.

Why the Maps tap and the ringing line are different jobs

Someone on Google Maps is already choosing a shop. The Book Online button finishes that choice. Someone who calls the number under the same listing is a different guest: both hands may be in a fill, and a website they never opened does not pick up. Voicemail does not set a gel, a dip, an acrylic, or a pedi.

That is why these are two offers, not one footnote. Calendar is the public book and the Google button. AIVA is the inbound phone layer — $200 one-time, no monthly plan fee, no free trial. Get AIVA — $200. The inbound version of that phone job is spelled out on AI appointment setter.

We do not quote other booking apps’ prices on this page. If you already pay for a calendar, keep it. This row is only Bukkii’s two offers.

Keep the POS. Add the Google button.

Google Reserve does not replace SimplePOS, Limited POS, Salon Solutions, Mac USA, Go POS, or whatever register already closes the ticket. Checkout stays where it is. The public book is a separate layer. Read keep your nail salon POS. We do not claim a native two-way sync into a third-party register.

Shops that want the full map of the booking stack — calendar, deposits, and the phone — should start at the online booking calendar hub.

Deposits still matter after they tap Book Online

A Maps booking can still no-show, especially on a long set. The deposit rule is yours: which services require one, and that it applies to the ticket. How to write that policy is on nail salon deposit booking. If the guest calls instead of tapping Book Online, AIVA can ask for the deposit and text it — that call path is AI receptionist that takes deposits. The broader no-show playbook is prevent salon no-shows.

When they call the number on the same listing

Forward the published number. AIVA picks up, talks the menu, and writes a real chair. You stay in the lamp. That is $200 once — dedicated number, training on your menu, calendar setup, forwarding, 100 voice minutes, and 1,500 SMS, then $0.35/min voice and $0.035 per SMS. Packs never expire. No free trial. Hear her at (215) 791-6766.

If the book is the only hole, stop at Calendar. Start Calendar free. If the Google number still dies mid-fill, add the phone. Get AIVA — $200.
