Keep Vagaro or Booksy — Add an AI Phone Receptionist

Vagaro and Booksy already hold the book for a lot of US salons. The leak is still the line that rings mid-service. Keep the software the floor knows. Add AIVA as the phone — $200 one-time, no monthly plan fee, no free trial. This is not a POS rip, and it is not a webhook we do not have.

The book is fine. The phone is the hole.

Owners type “Vagaro alternative” or “Booksy alternative” when a demo promises one system for the calendar, the texts, and the drawer. On the floor the painful moment is smaller. A client calls for a gel fill while every tech is in product. The booking app is open on a phone in a drawer. Nobody can tap it. The caller hangs up.

That is not a reason to move the shop off Vagaro or Booksy. Those tools can stay the public book and the checkout. An AI receptionist for a nail salon is the missing layer: English voice on the number you already publish, a chair written down, a text to the client. AIVA is that layer.

What we will not claim

  • No native Vagaro webhook. If you run Vagaro, AIVA does not inject the ticket into Vagaro.
  • No native Booksy sync. Same honesty.
  • No Square or Mangomint two-way sync either. Same sentence, different logo.
  • No Vagaro price and no Booksy price. We did not fetch their rate cards for this article, so we will not invent one.
  • No free trial of AIVA, and no monthly plan fee on the $200 receptionist.

The stack is deliberate. AIVA answers, checks the Bukkii calendar you trained, books the service, and texts. Your team still closes the visit where they closed it last week. Wider name map, still without a rip: keep your nail salon POS, Setmore, Mangomint.

A Tuesday that does not require a migration

The caller wants a fill after work, with the tech they already see. AIVA asks gel or dip, fill or full set, and whether that tech is the request. If the slot is open for that skill, she books it and texts the time. You look up between coats. You did not retrain the floor onto a new POS to get that text.

From the pricing page on September 22, 2026: $200 one-time includes the dedicated number, training, calendar setup, forwarding, 100 voice minutes, and 1,500 SMS. Then $0.35/min and $0.035 per SMS. Details: AI receptionist cost. Get AIVA — $200 or hear her at (215) 791-6766.

Two offers: AIVA on the phone, Calendar on Google

Keep the POS you already run if you want it. Vagaro, Booksy, Square, Mangomint, Setmore, or a nail register can stay the checkout. Bukkii sells two layers next to that stack. Both are full offers.

FAQ

Do I have to leave Vagaro or Booksy to add an AI receptionist?

No. Keep Vagaro or Booksy for the book and the checkout your team already knows. AIVA is the 24/7 phone layer. She answers in English and texts the booking. We do not claim a native Vagaro or Booksy webhook.

Does Bukkii sync two-way with Vagaro or Booksy?

No. We do not claim native two-way sync or a webhook into Vagaro, Booksy, Square, or Mangomint. AIVA books on the Bukkii calendar and sends the SMS. Your existing system stays the register.

AIVA is $200 one-time, with no monthly plan fee and no free trial. We do not quote Vagaro or Booksy prices on this page. Their bill stays theirs. The $200 payment includes a dedicated number, training, calendar setup, forwarding, 100 voice minutes, and 1,500 SMS.

Who takes the card?

The same checkout as today. AIVA does not become your POS. Payment stays on Vagaro, Booksy, Square, Mangomint, or the register you already run.

What does the Calendar plan cost?

Calendar is free for up to 3 staff. $20/month unlocks unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. It does not answer the phone. AIVA, the phone layer, is a separate $200 one-time payment with no free trial.
